The issue in Motors Liquidation Co. Avoidance Action Trust v. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (In re Motors Liquidation Co.), No. 09-50026 (Bankr. S.D.N.Y. Sept. 26, 2017), is determining whether pledged assets were fixtures or realty and how to value the assets.
