The firm was co-counsel to the term loan lenders in the chapter 11 restructuring case of Town Sports International and its affiliates in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Town Sports owned and operated health and fitness clubs in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic areas.
