Limetree Bay Services LLC
The firm represented the creditors' committee of Limetree Bay Services LLC, which filed for bankruptcy protection in July 2021 after a series of incidents at its 1,500 acre refinery on the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. In May 2022, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas approved the debtor’s liquidating plan, which provided for the distribution of proceeds from the $62 million sale of the oil refinery.
