Ayala A. Hassell

Ayala Hassell has represented Fortune 500 companies, financial services companies, equity security holders, institutional lenders, secured lenders, trade creditors, real property lessors, equipment lessors, banks, and other creditors, both as in-house and outside law firm counsel. As former senior counsel for a global information technology company, she has a proven track record of mitigating risk and maximizing recoveries in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. 

Ms. Hassell has a B.A. from Sam Houston State University (magna cum laude) and earned her J.D. at St. Mary's School of Law (with distinction). She is resident in our Houston office.
