Hayley Winograd

Ms. Winograd practices bankruptcy and complex commercial litigation. She received her B.A. degree from New York University (Chesler Prelaw Scholar, summa cum laude, departmental honors, Phi Beta Kappa) and earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was a Cutler Fellow and served as an associate editor of the Journal of Law & Social Change and the inaugural fellow of UN Women. Ms. Winograd also received a certificate in Business Management from the Wharton School. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Winograd practiced commercial litigation in New York City, and served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judith C. McCarthy in the Southern District of New York. She is admitted to practice in New York and is resident in our New York office.
