Hayley Winograd

Hayley Winograd, resident in the firm’s New York office, concentrates her practice on complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation. Among her many engagements, Hayley was instrumental in the firm’s representation of Highland Capital Management and Noble House Home Furnishings in their chapter 11 cases, and the creditors’ committees in large chapter 11 cases such as Bed Bath & Beyond, the Weinstein Company, the Diocese of Rockville Centre, and Hornblower. Hayley was selected as a New York Metro Rising Star in 2024 by Super Lawyers, and was listed in Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch in 2025. Hayley served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judith C. McCarthy in the Southern District of New York. Hayley holds a bachelor’s degree from New York University (2013), summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (2017). Hayley is admitted to practice in New York, Arizona, the Second Circuit, the Fifth Circuit, the Southern District of New York, and the Western District of New York.
