Representation of the creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 case of Palm Harbor Homes and related affiliates in the District of Delaware. Palm Harbor made factory-built homes and provided related financing and insurance. The company sold substantially all of its assets through the bankruptcy. Through the firm’s efforts, the committee negotiated and helped craft a liquidating plan with a liquidating trust that allowed holders of general unsecured claims to recover approximately 16.7 percent and 21 percent of what they were owed.
